The Plan

At this stage the plan is still under construction. For the time being it includes drinking 3 glasses of water per day for 31 days in an effort to make water a habit. It also includes experimenting with meal replacement shakes and finding time to exercise. As a more concrete plan becomes available this page will be updated. Check back soon for "before" pictures.
