Breakfast:

  • 1 bagel w/low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 glass water
  • a few segments from a Clementine

Snack:

  • some ruined cake {I will stab you with a spatula if you ask me to explain how the cake got ruined}
  • skim milk

Late, late dinner:

  • 2 glasses water
  • 3 scrambled eggs
