Snack:
- 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel with light cream cheese spread
- 1 glass water
Lunch:
- “Slim Fast” w/1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel w/light cream cheese
- 2 1/2 pieces turkey lunch meat {the 1/2 because Lucy wouldn’t finish hers}
- 1 off-brand Nutrigrain bar {opened it for Lucy who rejected the turkey but kept signing for food…she rejected the bar too *sigh*}
- 1/2 glass water
Good luck on loosing the last 30 pounds!! Blogging it is a great idea and will definitely help motivate, you and others and good for accountability.
ReplyDeleteI am on day 23 of my 90 day extreme fitness adventure with P90X. So far so good it is working and I feel great. I definitely recommend finding a workout routine you like and adding it to all you are doing. :)

For the record, I think you look great, but I totally get you wanting to look and feel your best. I am with you one hundred percent. Cannot wait to follow you on your journey. Would it be too much to ask for before photos? Is that weird that I ask? I just love to see physical transformation!!!
