Afternoon Food Journal

Snack:

  • 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel with light cream cheese spread
  • 1 glass water

Lunch:

  • “Slim Fast” w/1 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cinnamon raisin bagel w/light cream cheese
  • 2 1/2 pieces turkey lunch meat {the 1/2 because Lucy wouldn’t finish hers}
  • 1 off-brand Nutrigrain bar {opened it for Lucy who rejected the turkey but kept signing for food…she rejected the bar too *sigh*}
  • 1/2 glass water

  1. Good luck on loosing the last 30 pounds!! Blogging it is a great idea and will definitely help motivate, you and others and good for accountability.
    I am on day 23 of my 90 day extreme fitness adventure with P90X. So far so good it is working and I feel great. I definitely recommend finding a workout routine you like and adding it to all you are doing. :)

  3. Love this new blog! Maybe you will inspire me! I have about fifteen left to use and need to get exercising mostly. Ewe. For the record, I think you look great, but I totally get you wanting to look and feel your best. I am with you one hundred percent. Cannot wait to follow you on your journey. Would it be too much to ask for before photos? Is that weird that I ask? I just love to see physical transformation!!!
