I am gonna send your link off to some peeps for some love and for some minutes...I have started lifting weights at night when I usually just sit there watching shows...the scale hasn't moved but, I AM seeing a difference in my arms and parts of my legs! I want to add cardio soon, but I am proud I have stuck with the weights for almost a month! Keep it up!!!

  3. Insanitykim, Thanks! And congrats on a month of weight lifting. Doing it while watching TV is a smart idea. I never think to do it in the moment. But maybe I'll be able to find a way to remind myself
