Lunch:

  • 2 slices canteloupe
  • 2 slices WW bread w/strawberry rhubarb jam
  • 1 cup green juice
  • 1 glass water w/Benefiber
  • 1 no-fat yogurt shared w/Lucy
  • vitamins

  1. What is the "green juice"? I've seen you post it a couple times. Is it some kind of smoothie concoction? That's how I've been picturing it, and it always makes me want to run out to buy and Odwalla or a Naked smoothie drink.
